About the app#

Do I have to run it as administrator?#

Yes. Right-click the executable and choose Run as administrator, then approve the Windows prompt for your official copy.

Does it need to be running while I play?#

Yes, for an active gaming session. Choose your options in CONFIG, press START, play, then press STOP after the match.

Does it work without internet?#

No. TinyBoost checks access when it starts and while it runs. If a connection problem ends access, reconnect and follow any recovery or sign-in prompt.

Can I undo the changes?#

Session settings recorded by TinyBoost are restored with STOP. Separate tools have separate undo controls. Deleted files and some removed apps cannot be recovered by TinyBoost. Choose the right undo option.

Is it a cheat? Will I get banned?#

TinyBoost provides system, hardware, and game-settings tools. If you play in a league, tournament, or managed environment, check its rules about allowed software before using it. This guide cannot promise an anti-cheat or tournament decision.

Does it work for games other than CS2?#

Some session features support other detected games. CS2-specific tools, video settings, and the CS2 benchmark remain specific to CS2. See Detected Games.

Can I use it on more than one PC?#

Access is tied to one PC at a time. See moving to another PC.

Trial and buying#

How long is the trial?#

The trial lasts 48 hours and requires a payment method. It renews at €13 per month unless canceled before it ends. Check the terms shown at checkout. See trial details.

How do I cancel before the trial charges?#

Open Account → Manage Subscription, finish cancellation in the billing portal, and check its confirmation. Logging out or deleting the app does not cancel billing.

Can I get a second trial?#

No. Trial eligibility is limited to one per account and per PC.

Why was my trial refused?#

Read the displayed reason. It may be an already-used trial, a temporary email address, or a shared-network limit. See trial rules.

I bought it but TinyBoost says I haven't#

Check that your sign-in email matches the receipt. Use Use a different account if needed, then Check Purchase or Check Access. Contact support if the correct email still has no access.

Checkout says Coming soon. What do I do?#

New checkout is unavailable while that message is shown. Existing customers can check their access. Contact support if existing access is not recognized.

How do I cancel or change my payment details?#

Use Manage Subscription in the account panel. Review the status and confirmation in the billing portal.

Using it#

What does START actually do?#

It applies the options selected in CONFIG → Pre-Launch Configuration. Review those options before starting. You do not need to enable everything.

Why does STOP close my game?#

Closing CS2 is part of ending the session and restoring settings. Finish your match before pressing STOP.

Do I have to press START every time?#

Yes, for each gaming session. Separately applied tool settings may persist; START/STOP does not replace their own controls.

Something is paused and I need it back#

Use the gear beside STOP to resume an app. For emergency recovery, bring TinyBoost to the front and tap M repeatedly outside a text field. This may end the session; it is not a global shortcut.

How do I know it helped?#

Run the CS2 benchmark, repeat under the same conditions, and compare real gameplay too. Results vary with hardware, settings, and workload.

Hardware#

I have an AMD or Intel graphics card. Does it still work?#

Supported non-NVIDIA features remain available. NVIDIA-only controls, such as NVIDIA GPU profiles and the manual curve editor, require compatible NVIDIA hardware.

Do I need to undervolt or run a stress test?#

No. Both are optional. Use GPU tuning or stress tests when you have a specific reason to test your hardware.

My fans got loud during a stress test#

The test deliberately increases load. Watch the temperatures and result, and stop if anything seems abnormal. A completed test only covers the workload and duration tested.

What are 1% lows?#

A measure of the slower frames in a recording. Use them alongside average FPS to judge consistency. See reading benchmark results.

Do I need HWiNFO installed?#

No. The official executable includes the sensor component TinyBoost needs. If readings are missing, follow N/A troubleshooting.

Settings and data#

Which languages can I use?#

English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Turkish, and Hebrew. Choose Settings → General → Language.

Where are settings stored?#

TinyBoost keeps its local data in the TinyBoost folder under %PROGRAMDATA%. Separate tools can also change system or game settings, so deleting that folder is not an undo.

How do I hide the overlay?#

Open Settings → OSD → Show overlay, or use your configured overlay hotkey. See overlay settings.

I closed the window but TinyBoost is still running#

Close to tray may be enabled. Look near the Windows clock for the TinyBoost icon and reopen it. Finish an active session with STOP before exiting.

How do I remove TinyBoost?#
