Privacy Policy
TinyBoost uses account and device information to provide access, process purchases, protect the service, and improve product reliability. We will never sell your TinyBoost data, use it for advertising, or provide it to third parties for their own marketing.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
TinyBoost is operated by PROTASYS LTD, the controller responsible for your personal data.
Company No. 201136934 · VAT BG201136934
Suha Reka Region, 1505 Sofia, Bulgaria.
Contact: tinyboost@fpsheaven.com
2. Information we process
- Account and sign-in: your email address and the information needed to verify your sign-in and keep your account secure.
- Purchases and support: purchase references, subscription or licence status, transaction history, and information you send to support. Payment details are handled by your payment provider.
- Device verification: device identifiers and basic hardware information to verify your device, protect your access, and prevent unauthorised sharing or trial abuse.
- Usage and diagnostics: app and tool events, limited hardware and Windows information, benchmark results when you run a benchmark, and diagnostic information such as app errors and crashes.
- Network and trial information: IP information processed when connecting, country, coarse network prefixes, and account or device identifiers used to enforce access and trial eligibility.
- Information kept on your PC: TinyBoost stores your settings, protected access and trial state, recovery information, in-app activity history, and benchmark files on your computer so the app can work safely and remember your preferences.
For purchases and consumer requests, we also record the consent wording/version, acceptance time and order reference, confirmation delivery records, and any refund or withdrawal declaration (including your name, verified email, submission time and optional details). We use these records to provide the contract and acknowledgements, handle requests, demonstrate compliance and prevent repeated voluntary guarantee periods. We retain initial-purchase references for guarantee eligibility and legal claims; request and consent records follow the retention criteria below. These records are not used for marketing.
3. How we process your data
When you sign in, we receive your verified email address and a reference to your Google or Discord account so we can find your TinyBoost access. When you purchase TinyBoost, we receive your subscription status, payment reference, and billing email from the payment provider. We never receive your email password or full payment-card details.
When TinyBoost checks your licence, it sends a protected device identifier and basic details about your PC, such as its hardware, Windows version, and TinyBoost version. This lets us recognise an authorised device and solve compatibility problems without collecting your personal files.
When you use a TinyBoost tool, we receive the name of the tool, whether it completed, and limited technical information needed to understand the result. An automated benchmark sends FPS and latency results, basic GPU readings, and checks showing whether selected TinyBoost settings were applied. Error reports include the failed operation, app and Windows versions, hardware details, and a short technical reason. We do not receive screenshots, documents, browser history, game chat, passwords, or the contents of your personal files.
Your chosen TinyBoost settings, protected access and trial state, recovery information, in-app activity history, and benchmark files remain on your PC. If you contact support, you decide what messages, screenshots, or files to share with us.
We protect information while it is sent and limit access to the people and trusted providers who need it to run or support TinyBoost. Where practical, identifiers are protected before they are stored.
4. How we use your TinyBoost data
We use TinyBoost data to keep your account working, confirm your access, remember your device, help when something goes wrong, and protect customers from fraud or account sharing.
When you use tools such as the automated benchmark, we use the results and basic technical details to check whether TinyBoost worked as expected and to improve compatibility and reliability. We collect these metrics to measure TinyBoost's performance across supported systems. We will never sell your TinyBoost data, use it for advertising, or provide it to third parties for their own marketing.
For people in the EEA and UK, we process account, access, and support information because it is needed to provide our service. We keep legally required records to meet legal obligations. We process security, fraud-prevention, and reliability information for our legitimate interests in keeping TinyBoost and its customers safe.
5. Providers and disclosures
We use trusted providers for sign-in, payments, subscription management, hosting, and customer support. They receive only the information needed to provide their services. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
6. Cookies and storage
We use browser storage needed for sign-in, account security, and checkout continuity. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand aggregated website use; this is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can change your choice at any time using the button below. Payment and sign-in providers may use their own necessary cookies or storage under their privacy notices.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide TinyBoost, maintain security, resolve support issues, meet legal and accounting obligations, and handle disputes.
On your PC, TinyBoost stores your app settings and optimization preferences, encrypted entitlement and trial-access state, recovery data used to restore system changes safely, in-app activity history for the current session, and automated-benchmark captures, reports, and benchmark state when you use that feature. Sign-in refresh tokens are kept only in memory during the active session and are not stored in the local access cache.
Some providers may process information outside the EEA or UK. Where required, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. We use access controls, protected identifiers, encrypted communications, and protected local access storage to protect information.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. TinyBoost uses automated checks to protect access, prevent fraud, and enforce trial and device limits. These checks may restrict access where they detect an issue. You can request a review at tinyboost@fpsheaven.com.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority. In Bulgaria, this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
7-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund of your initial purchase within seven calendar days. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Withdraw from contract here / request a refund · Contact support
TinyBoost voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your initial TinyBoost purchase, without giving a reason, until the end of the seventh calendar day after the purchase date, using UTC. For example, a purchase on 1 October can be refunded on request through 8 October at 23:59:59 UTC. We show your deadline in your account. This guarantee is available once per customer, across plans and payment methods. Renewals, plan changes, and repurchases do not start another guarantee period. Existing purchases retain any more favourable guarantee promised when they were made.
EU statutory withdrawal
EU consumers normally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right ends only when supply begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of that right, and we provide confirmation on a durable medium. We ask for this consent separately before payment, never with a pre-ticked box, and email a record with your order confirmation. If these conditions are not met, statutory withdrawal rights remain available; missing required information may extend the statutory period. This digital-content exception does not waive any separate rights applicable to ongoing services: for services, any loss of withdrawal rights depends on the applicable legal conditions, including full performance where required.
Requesting a refund or withdrawing
Use Refunds and withdrawal in your account at https://tinyboost.app/account#refunds, or email tinyboost@fpsheaven.com. Select Withdraw from contract here, identify your order and name, check the confirmation email address, then select Confirm withdrawal. We record the submission time and send an acknowledgement containing your declaration and its date and time. You can also withdraw by any other unequivocal statement sent to us. No reason is required. If you cannot sign in or find an order, email us; account access is not a condition of exercising statutory rights. Sending your declaration before the applicable deadline is sufficient. Review or processing delays do not change the submission date.
Refund handling and access
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We do not deduct payment-processing fees from your refund. For cryptocurrency payments, contact us to verify the original payment and arrange its return using the original payment method; never send private keys. Any alternative repayment method requires your express agreement and must not cost you fees. Refunds owed under statutory withdrawal or applicable digital-content remedies are made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days after we receive the relevant declaration. We also process eligible voluntary refunds within 14 days of the request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. When a purchase is refunded and the contract ends, its licence/access is revoked and associated sessions are ended. Future renewals of the refunded subscription are stopped. An ordinary refund is not a fraud finding or a device ban.
Mandatory rights
The guarantee, withdrawal acknowledgement, and repeat-refund controls do not limit mandatory consumer rights. If TinyBoost is defective, unavailable, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming, you may be entitled to have it brought into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, or termination and a refund under applicable law. A statutory price reduction alone does not end access to the remaining contract. Use the Report a problem / statutory remedy option or contact support at any time; the 7-day guarantee is not a deadline for these claims.
Optional model withdrawal declaration
To PROTASYS LTD, Suha Reka Region, 1505 Sofia, Bulgaria, tinyboost@fpsheaven.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for TinyBoost. Order/reference: __. Ordered on: __. Consumer name: __. Consumer address: __. Date: __. Signature (only if sent on paper): __. You do not have to use this model.
The separate checkout consent
I consent to the immediate supply of TinyBoost and acknowledge that once digital delivery begins, I lose my 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
Terms of Service
Seller: PROTASYS LTD, Company No. 201136934, VAT BG201136934. Address on record: Suha Reka Region, 1505 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: tinyboost@fpsheaven.com.
TinyBoost is downloadable Windows PC optimization/helper software. It requires supported Windows hardware, administrator privileges, an internet connection and a verified account for access checks. Features and results depend on your hardware, drivers, Windows and game configuration; no particular FPS increase is promised. Review the product information and compatibility requirements before buying.
The checkout displays the price, currency, payment schedule and access period before you place an order. Subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until cancelled. You can stop future renewals from your account; cancellation alone does not refund a past payment, and paid access continues through the paid period unless the contract is terminated or refunded. Prepaid purchases do not renew automatically. A Lifetime purchase is a one-time licence, including future TinyBoost updates for as long as TinyBoost's online services remain available, as described at purchase; this does not remove mandatory rights if supply fails or the product is non-conforming. Separately sold optional services are not included.
Access is supplied immediately after confirmed payment, subject to the separate immediate-supply consent at checkout. Your purchase permits authorised personal use under the device and account restrictions shown for TinyBoost; it does not transfer ownership of the software. Keep your account secure and do not share access credentials or bypass access controls. Nothing in these terms restricts use permitted by mandatory law.
Your order confirmation records the order reference, price, access purchased, terms version and any immediate-supply consent. Keep that confirmation. Refunds and withdrawal are governed by the policy below. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence remains unaffected. Contact us for support or complaints; these terms do not exclude access to competent courts or statutory remedies.
Read the Refund and Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these terms.
