TinyBoost uses account and device information to provide access, process purchases, protect the service, and improve product reliability. We will never sell your TinyBoost data, use it for advertising, or provide it to third parties for their own marketing.
1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. Information we process
- Account and sign-in: your email address and the information needed to verify your sign-in and keep your account secure.
- Purchases and support: purchase references, subscription or licence status, transaction history, and information you send to support. Payment details are handled by your payment provider.
- Device verification: device identifiers and basic hardware information to verify your device, protect your access, and prevent unauthorised sharing or trial abuse.
- Usage and diagnostics: app and tool events, limited hardware and Windows information, benchmark results when you run a benchmark, and diagnostic information such as app errors and crashes.
- Network and trial information: IP information processed when connecting, country, coarse network prefixes, and account or device identifiers used to enforce access and trial eligibility.
- Information kept on your PC: TinyBoost stores your settings, protected access and trial state, recovery information, in-app activity history, and benchmark files on your computer so the app can work safely and remember your preferences.
3. How we process your data
When you sign in, we receive your verified email address and a reference to your Google or Discord account so we can find your TinyBoost access. When you purchase TinyBoost, we receive your subscription status, payment reference, and billing email from the payment provider. We never receive your email password or full payment-card details.
When TinyBoost checks your licence, it sends a protected device identifier and basic details about your PC, such as its hardware, Windows version, and TinyBoost version. This lets us recognise an authorised device and solve compatibility problems without collecting your personal files.
When you use a TinyBoost tool, we receive the name of the tool, whether it completed, and limited technical information needed to understand the result. An automated benchmark sends FPS and latency results, basic GPU readings, and checks showing whether selected TinyBoost settings were applied. Error reports include the failed operation, app and Windows versions, hardware details, and a short technical reason. We do not receive screenshots, documents, browser history, game chat, passwords, or the contents of your personal files.
Your chosen TinyBoost settings, protected access and trial state, recovery information, in-app activity history, and benchmark files remain on your PC. If you contact support, you decide what messages, screenshots, or files to share with us.
We protect information while it is sent and limit access to the people and trusted providers who need it to run or support TinyBoost. Where practical, identifiers are protected before they are stored.
4. How we use your TinyBoost data
We use TinyBoost data to keep your account working, confirm your access, remember your device, help when something goes wrong, and protect customers from fraud or account sharing.
When you use tools such as the automated benchmark, we use the results and basic technical details to check whether TinyBoost worked as expected and to improve compatibility and reliability. We collect these metrics to measure TinyBoost's performance across supported systems. We will never sell your TinyBoost data, use it for advertising, or provide it to third parties for their own marketing.
For people in the EEA and UK, we process account, access, and support information because it is needed to provide our service. We keep legally required records to meet legal obligations. We process security, fraud-prevention, and reliability information for our legitimate interests in keeping TinyBoost and its customers safe.
5. Providers and disclosures
We use trusted providers for sign-in, payments, subscription management, hosting, and customer support. They receive only the information needed to provide their services. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
6. Cookies and storage
We use browser storage needed for sign-in, account security, and checkout continuity. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand aggregated website use; this is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can change your choice at any time using the button below. Payment and sign-in providers may use their own necessary cookies or storage under their privacy notices.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide TinyBoost, maintain security, resolve support issues, meet legal and accounting obligations, and handle disputes.
On your PC, TinyBoost stores your app settings and optimization preferences, encrypted entitlement and trial-access state, recovery data used to restore system changes safely, in-app activity history for the current session, and automated-benchmark captures, reports, and benchmark state when you use that feature. Sign-in refresh tokens are kept only in memory during the active session and are not stored in the local access cache.
Some providers may process information outside the EEA or UK. Where required, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. We use access controls, protected identifiers, encrypted communications, and protected local access storage to protect information.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. TinyBoost uses automated checks to protect access, prevent fraud, and enforce trial and device limits. These checks may restrict access where they detect an issue. You can request a review at tinyboost@fpsheaven.com.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority. In Bulgaria, this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Refund Policy
14-day refund: request a refund of the licence price within 14 calendar days of your first payment. No reason is required. Transaction fees are excluded.
1. Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription at any time to stop the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
2. Lifetime licence
A lifetime licence is a one-time purchase. It gives you access to TinyBoost, including all future updates, for as long as TinyBoost's online services remain available, with no renewal.
3. Refunds
- Monthly subscription: Refund of the licence price within 14 calendar days of your first payment. Transaction fees are excluded. After 14 days, no refund or partial refund for unused time.
- Quarterly subscription: Refund of the licence price within 14 calendar days of your first payment. Transaction fees are excluded. After 14 days, no refund or partial refund for unused time.
- Annual subscription: Refund of the licence price within 14 calendar days of your first payment. Transaction fees are excluded. After 14 days, no refund or partial refund for unused time.
- Lifetime licence: Refund of the licence price within 14 calendar days of purchase. Transaction fees are excluded. After 14 days, no refund or partial refund.
Cryptocurrency purchases follow the same refund policy.
4. How to request a refund
Email tinyboost@fpsheaven.com with the email used to purchase TinyBoost and, if available, your payment date or receipt reference.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Transaction fees are non-refundable and will be retained. Access linked to a refunded purchase ends when the refund is issued.
5. What a lifetime licence includes
A lifetime licence includes all future TinyBoost updates at no additional cost, for as long as TinyBoost's online services remain available. Optional services sold separately are not included.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including rights that may apply to faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed digital services. EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.
